Mammut GENESIS 8.5 Half Ropes
Clipped alternately the GENESIS double
rope system is choice for ice and mixed climbs
as well as multi-pitch rock routes. Two half ropes
are better than one single rope for cutting resistance,
reducing rope drag and of course full pitch rappels
- where a lot of time can be saved. Built in is
Mammut's ledgendary Superdry Treatment, dual middle
marks and Sharp Edge Test performance. The GENESIS
is a good rope from the Balance Line for the summer
trad climber who changes with the seasons into
