PETZL TANGO 8.5
The TANGO 8.5 half rope
is designed for multi-pitch climbing. Thanks
to the thickness of its sheath, its flexibility
and its durability, it is easy to use with
belay devices and is specifically for multi-pitch
climbing use as half or twin rope on rock.
UltraSonic Finish bonds the core and the
sheath together at the rope ends by an ultrasonic
process called UltraSonic Finish; gives
greater durability and avoids frayed ends.
The EverFlex treatment offers special thermal
treatment that stabilizes the core strands
and improves consistency offering excellent
grip and consistent handling over time.
Climb ready "butterfly" coil is
ready when you are and middle is clearly
marked w/ multiple dark bands for ease of
identification. Don't forget to knot the
end of your ropes before beginning your
rappels!
