g1 expedition

Going high? Headed into extremely cold regions? Go with the G1 EXPEDITION which provides the best warmth, breathability and natural feel. The G1 EXPE outer boot has a built-in Teramida with Lorica and neoprene gaiter. 6mm EVA foam insulation and a waterproof breathable Cordura lining... all to keep your feet perfectly dry and warm. Underfoot, twin layers of 1.4 mm Neoprene (perforated for breathability and shock absorption) further resists cold penetration.
Connecting you to the earth or any crampon is Boreal's Vibram Betulla outsole with triple density co-molded rubber for the right combination of traction, shock absorption, durability and insulation.
The G1's inner boot is slip lasted (just like rock shoes) for a good fit and is made with various features: a waterproof split leather collar and tongue, a padded Achilles with adjustable velcro-elastic strap (for heel retention) plus a unique raised heel that keys into a corresponding cavity in the floor of the outer boot. The bootie has a durable textured TPU surface with Triple Thinsulate for warmth and an efficient wicking DryLine inner.
The G1EXPEDITION excels at all high mountain routes and expedition style climbing. Wear yours for extremely cold conditions - Everest, Alaska, Antartica, Aconcagua, Ama Dablam and all Gasherbrum and Karakoram climbs. Shipped worldwide.
