The SUMMIT EVO is the modern ice axe - with a head forged in the arc of your swing. Use for glacial routes that involve technical sections of steep ice, summer fun in a frozen couloirs and for ascending high mountain passes that are iced up. Pick is ground to make solid placements in water ice and lower shaft has special coating which is both low profile and also a good grip.
