Runners are
the versatile favorite of trad climbers because
they can be used in several ways. Most common
is to extend the connection between gear you just
placed and the rope - to reduce drag and also
isolate forces that may dislodge your protection.
Other uses include tie-offs for knobs, flakes,
spikes and small trees and use as emergency ascending
slings - things you just can't do with your "sport
draws". Our hard wearing 12mm Ultratape™
is strong, resists abrasion and comes in a variety
of assorted colors.
15mm Nylon is just as strong and costs less.
Mobius is sewn with a twist to rack "flat'.
